Return and exchange procedure

Guided by the interests of its customers, based on the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, Vickyflowerclass offers the following conditions for the return and exchange of goods sold:

• Goods of the industrial group sold by Vickyflowerclass, including goods of proper quality, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, within a period of 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, can be returned to the seller – Vickyflowerclass
• Digital version of the course. The sale of any sold electronic content, regardless of whether it is DRM protected or not, does not allow for a refund. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, printed publications, audio and video cassettes, discs for laser reading systems with records (CD-disk) of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.

Return conditions of the industrial group:

• The goods were not in operation;
• All seals and labels are preserved;
• The integrity of the set and packaging is not violated;
• The document confirming payment for the goods is preserved;
• The goods do not belong to the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994.
